possibly a younger adult if those dark patches are really on primary coverts. p6 fully grown, p7 not visible, p8?-p10 old.
bill rel. short, pale at base, weak dark mark on upper mandible, triangular nostril, very dark iris.
it's interesting that most birds of this set are females. part of resting gulls at the black sea shore adjacent to the lagunar system. is this due to phenology - females migrating/ resting/moulting in different places than males?
