p10 tongue in 1st cycle

if it wasn't for the clear and rel. large p10 tongue on part of the inner web this bird would have been difficult to ID (at least for me). underwing pattern, body shape and bill could well sit on a michahellis too and eye looks large. but it has the p10 tongue (few 1cy birds show such a clear cut one!) and inner webs of primaries seem to be extensively pale up to p9.
